サロン・ド・ショコラ Salon du Chocolat

今週はポルト・ベルサイユでチョコレートの見本市サロン・ド・ショコラが開催されています。最近、出会ったグループと行ってきました。
　東京のバレンタイン・デーのデパートの世界のチョコレート勢揃いの豪華さを知っていると、このくらいのチョコレートでは驚かなくなってしまうんだな～～～と逆に日本の商戦の凄まじさとレベルの高さを知りました。
　ここで物珍しかったのはフォアグラ用のチョコレート&いちじくのチャツネ。
　マルセイユのオリーブ・チョコレート,
　イギリスのオーガニック・チョコレートBooja-Boojyaなどでしょうか。
　　あれこれ味見を沢山しました。
　特に日本のギャルソン（お兄さん）が修行しているチョコレート屋さんでは、特に沢山味見をさせて頂いたり。
　暫く、チョコレートはお休みです。。。。

::テンプレート（ブログのバックの写真、偶然、変えるつもりはなかったのに
　　　　　　　　　暫くコンピューターを離れて戻ってきたら、変わってました。　離れる時のマークにマウスが言ってたらしいのですが、悪くないでね？でも、タルトがトルタと間違えているような気がするのですが。。。）

　This week we have "Salon de Chocolat" in Paris.
It's a very famous fair of chocolate in France.
I went there with my new friends
It did't surprise me very much though because in Japan:we have incredible variety of chocolates in the Saint Valentine's day.
( we can find all kinds of chocolates from all over the world in this time of the year at the Japanese department stores.)
I found some rare things like chocolat and fig chutney for foie gras, Olive chocolate from Marseilles,Organic chocolate truffles from England etc...
I tasted many kinds of chocolates...
I need some break from Chocolates for a while...
