ベルリン囲碁協会所有の大先輩の棋士の掛け軸 Scrolls by Go masters owned by Berlin Go Association
ベルリンでは毎年日本大使館で日本大使杯が秋に開催されていました。
私も２回、指導棋士として伺いました。
ドイツの日本大使館は立地もよく大変、立派です。
囲碁大会も素晴らしいですが今回のテーマは『掛け軸』
In Berlin, the Embassy of Japan hosted the Japanese Embassy Cup every fall.
I also visited twice as a professional player to teach.
The Japanese embassy in Germany is well located and has a grand atmosphere.
The Go tournament is also wonderful, but the theme today is "hanging scrolls".

この写真の正面に飾られている掛け軸が凄いです！
この掛け軸のいわれをまとめた冊子がありますのでご紹介します。
この大先生達の掛け軸をベルリン囲碁協会に寄贈されたのは大正、明治の実業家で囲碁の愛好家であった坂内義雄氏。
私は、息子さんである坂内虎雄氏より、この冊子を頂きました。
やはり碁がとてもお好きで、京都の事なども色々と教えて頂きました。
These scrolls on the wall are amazing!
There is a booklet on the history and meaning of these scrolls that I want to share.
Yoshio Sakauchi, a businessman and enthusiast of Go in the Taisho and Meiji eras, donated these scrolls by the Go masters to the Berlin Go Association.
I received this booklet from his son, Torao Sakauchi.
He also really liked Go, and shared with me many stories, such as about Kyoto.
